Hair Extensions - Frequently asked questions

They clip under your own hair by small snap on clips. The clips we use are all quality clips with a silicone insert so they will not slip and are extremely secure. Once fitted you will not be able to see the clips.

Treat the hair as if it is your own. Use a hair dryer or tongs. Even when fitted. But as with your own hair. Never use a hairdryer or tongs to hot. You will dry the hair and it will not last as long.

Wash them as you would your own. Shampoo and conditioner. Nothing fancy. Please see care instructions for full details

Try not to. It wont do any harm once in a while and if its going to ruin the passion at the end of a good night - Leave them in!

Different people have differing opinions But as a general rule we find as long as you have shoulder length hair. You should be okay.

Yes. The hair can be coloured. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. But blonde hair has been bleached more so more caution must be taken. Always use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first.

If you look after your hair it is not uncommon for quality extensions to last up to twelve months. If not treated with respect they will need to be replaced every three to six months. The more you look after them the longer they will last.

If your hair is layered extensions more natural. If your hair is not layered get your hairdresser to razor your hair to blend in with your extensions.

If you are unsure about your colour please send us a sample of your hair on the order form and we will match the colour for you.

Please do not open your items if you wish to return them. A small bag with a sample piece of hair can be opened for colour matching purposes. Due to hygiene reasons. No returns on hair that has been fitted. Would you want to wear hair that somebody else has worn? You must notify us within three days by email, if you wish to return hair. We must receive hair within seven days of the email. Only unopened packets received back in its original condition can be refunded. All refunds will incur 15% handling charge. Please complete the returns form on all returns.
