Same day despatch for orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday on all in stock items. A signature is required on delivery if you are not around to accept your parcel, it will be taken back to your local depot/sorting office and a calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. You may alternativly choose a different shipping address such as neighbours or work address where you know there is someone to be able to sign for your goods
Guaranteed next day delivery for most mainland UK destinations £5.95(please note If you order by 3pm, Monday to Thursday, you will receive your goods the next day, If you order anytime on Saturday up to 10:30am you will receive your goods on the Monday. We do ship international, worldwide. P&P varies up to £14.00. If your country is not listed then please contact us for a quote.
Exchange
We will happily exchange your item if it's not the right colour. We completely understand that choosing the right colour from a computer screen is not easy. To ensure the exact colour please send a small sample/snipet of your own hair and we will try and match it. Alternativly you can send us a photo of your hair to thefunkyhairco@hotmail.co.uk
Before exchanging please make sure no part of the packaging has been removed or damaged.
Refunds
At the funky hair company we are sure that you will be pleased with your purchase.
If you are not entirely happy with the goods purchased from the company, please inform us within two working days from delivery. A refund will be made on goods returned to us in the same clean unmarked and as new perfect condition that they were sent out in. All labels and hair nets must still be attached. You will need to send your items back with this returns form please print it off and send with your goods http://www.thefunkyhaircompany.com/returns.html
The returning item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges on products that are lost in the post when being returned back to us. We cannot be penalised for the cost of the postage. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility except where the goods are faulty or damaged. All P&P/Postage is non returnable.
